If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. We remind you that your return will be evaluated by our Quality Check Team, so it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund once the items will be come back to our warehouse.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, they must have all the original labels attached and be in their original packaging.

In general, shipments in Italy are delivered within 72 hours from the time of sending. The items will be shipped within 3 days on receipt of the payment confirmation.
Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately 10 days. NewAge assumes no responsibility for the delay in delivery of any product.
There are no additional custom fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.
